Entry Fees

"Renaissance Woman" one who exudes style, grace and presence while being active, engaged and knowledgeable.

Choose from one of the following options.

Renaissance Regalia:

The Delegate's Renaissance crown was designed to compliment the Renaissance Era and includes marquis cut Stones set in gold banding- complimented with ornate red stones; the colors red and gold were used to signify Royalty during the Renaissance Era.

This includes all pageant competition, most meals, the official representative’s crown, banner, the Renaissance Ball, the official Delegates’ Handbook, and an array of promotional gifts provided by the pageant and our sponsors.

Entry Fee: $ 850

Majesty Regalia:

The ARNP now offers (ALL) delegates a more ornate version of the delegates crown designed as a smaller version of the AR National Crown. This style is available to all delegates but does carry an additional fee of $300.

The $1,150 Entry fee includes, the more ornate version of the representative’s crown, banner, the Renaissance Ball, the official Delegates’ Handbook, and an array of promotional gifts provided by the pageant and our sponsors.

Additional Costs :

All delegates are required to purchase a ½ ad page for the official program book. You will be provided details in your welcome packet.

Entry Fees Requirements

• All entry fees must be paid in full by May 1, 2008. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS under any circumstances.
• All payments must be made with money orders, Cashiers Check ONLY! No Personal Checks will be accepted. Delegates may initiate a payment plan once a $400 deposit has been received by the national office.
• If selected as a National Delegate, your $40 application fee is NOT credited to your account.
• If accepted as a National Delegate, a deposit of $400 is required within 30 days of your acceptance. You may initiate a monthly payment plan once the $400 deposit is received.
  • Payments are required on accounts every thirty days.
  • Failure to make payments on schedule will result in the loss of said title.
  • All entry fees and required entry materials must be submitted by the deadline.
  • There will be no exceptions!

We will assist you in any way that we can. The ARNP relies solely on contestant’s entry fees to cover the cost of production, judge’s travel, awards, meals, travel, etc.

Returning Delegates Discounts

All Returning AR delegates will receive a $100 discount if they use the current American Renaissance delegate’s crown. ALL delegates also have the option of purchasing a larger, more ornate version of the ARNP representative’s crown.

The 2008 ARNP will be held June 19th – 22nd at the Doubletree Castle Hotel in Orlando, FL.

Applications for 2008 are now being accepted.
